Mercantile Home is a line of artfully hand made objects and curiosities created by partners Ken Jones Jr. and Ron Morris.  Made in the couple's Easton, Pennsylvania home, these one of a kind objects incorporate classic handcraft and playful design, while blending seamlessly into a wide variety of personal styles.  Fueled by Ken and Ron's creative chemistry and their hands-on approach to living, the Mercantile Home line is an ever-changing roster of eclectic items and oddities:  from pillows to pets (the brightly colored ceramic variety), candlesticks to crayon cakes, "Sophisticate" scarves to stationary, Anti-Valentines to Art Scene Poinsettias, blankets, "Give" bags, magic beans and more.  Always inspired, never ordinary, Mercantile Home makes the world a little brighter, one object at a time.

Once upon a time, in a tiny Brooklyn apartment, Ken Jones Jr. and Ron Morris began creating this beautiful life together.  Ken sewed curtains, made pillows and blankets, and grew flowers by hanging tin cans from twine in one of their three apartment windows.  Ron played music, began sketching the flowers, and collaborated with Ken on an ever growing assortment of creative projects.  Their life was full of one-of-a-kind objects, and their walls were filled with art.  At the time, Ken was working as the art buyer for Ralph Lauren, and his growing relationship with artists and galleries around the globe was igniting the couple's love affair with art collecting.  It was a world of their eclectic creation.
